1. Commitment to Telecommunications Privacy
Enroll Medicare (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is fully committed to respecting senior consumer privacy and complying with all federal and state Do Not Call (DNC) laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Telemarketing Sales Rules enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
It is our strict corporate policy that no marketing communications or insurance solicitation calls are placed to any individual who has indicated a desire not to receive telemarketing calls from Enroll Medicare.
2. Internal Do Not Call (DNC) List
Enroll Medicare maintains an Internal Do Not Call List. If you do not wish to receive marketing calls, artificial voice messages, pre-recorded messages, or SMS text messages from us or our affiliate partners, you may request to be placed on our Internal DNC List at any time.
- Your request will be recorded and processed promptly.
- Inclusion on our Internal DNC List is effective within 30 days of receipt, as mandated by federal regulations.
- Your phone number will remain on our Internal DNC List indefinitely unless you subsequently provide explicit written consent.

The Federal Trade Commission maintains the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register your residential or wireless telephone numbers free of charge by visiting donotcall.gov. Registration on the National DNC Registry prevents telemarketing calls from organizations with whom you do not have an established business relationship or express written consent.

All Enroll Medicare marketing personnel and participating partner representatives receive strict compliance training regarding federal and state telecommunications regulations. Periodic audits are conducted to ensure adherence to our corporate DNC standards.
